Made a thread to get attention for a tooltip issue, but I guess there's not quite enough attention to get it noticed in gameplay. Reposting it here in the hopes a rioter finds it and gets the word in to correct the tooltip.

tl: dr; wooglet's witch cap still shows 90 second cd on its ability despite actually having 120 cool down.

Also from a comment in the thread: ability power counter always shows as 0.

Edit: Report a tooltip error: get a down vote. Yep, that's boards.
