Warwick bot sitting in fountain all game doing nothing

So I was just messing around (custom game with the bots) when this happened. I forget exactly when this happened (he was in a different lane than me), but it was sometime around level 5. Warwick bot just sat in the fountain doing absolutely nothing. Even at times when he was hunting me he still wouldn't leave. This is unusual because in other games with Warwick bot (even after his rework) this didn't happen. Not sure exactly what triggers this but would be happy to answer any questions if that helps.
