I was in a promo series from Silver5 moving to S4. I was granted a free win. I lost the Trundle game and won the next game as Sona. At the conclusion screen I was shown the congrats on winning my series.
Not only was I not promoted (still in S5), my points went down to 60-something. The game ladder appears to have given me a loss despite my win.
You have 4 losses in a row before your 2 wins. There is no way either of your 2 wins were promo games. You can't be on a 4 loss streak and be in promos. Before that 4 loss streak you won 2 games in a row and then had another 3 game loss streak.
Are you saying that after losing 3 games in a row you won 2, got in promos, loss 4 games in a row, won 1, got back in promos with a win and then won 1 and were suppose to promote? That just doesn't add up.
The only other possibility is way back when you won 4, loss 1, then won 3. At that point you could have been in promos. But then you would have lost promos and then lost 1 after. After that you would have won 2, maybe been back in promos, then lost 4 in a row, meaning losing promos and then 2 after, winning 2 after that would put you at around 80 LP, which is where you are at.
