Thresh lantern and roots.
People apparently can pick the lantern up while snare, which makes no sense and shouldn't be allowed to happen.
I've only seen it happen with Varus' ult.

It is not just with his lantern, it is a problem with snares altogether. I play a lot of snare based champions and people can always still flash/jump/playful, trickster while snared. it makes no sense
