Rakan's Ability Pings

I have been playing a lot of support lately and I have noticed something peculiar about whenever I ping his ultimate and other abilities. Before the first time I use my ultimate (so mainly pre-6), whenever I ping it the chat says something like "Rakan-E: Ready" and this is the same for my ultimate. BUT after the first time I use my ult whenever I ping it in the chat it says something like "Rakan-R: 2/2 Charges"

This happens to his Q, W and even E as well but only after I use the ult for the first time that game. Am I missing a secret component to his ult and other abilities or is this simply a bug? Im assuming it's a bug and it doesnt really affect the game at all (unless my teammates think I can like recast my ultimate or other abilities when I cant (with the exception of my E) if they've never played Rakan before), so an immediate fix isn't necessary, and a fix at all isnt even necessary unless it does effect gameplay.

If I'm being honest, however, it does bother me a little bit lmao. But again, a fix isnt necessary. But if there is something I'm missing please tell me
