FPS BUG, ON MAC, CAN'T GO MORE THAN 60 FPS NO MATTER WHAT

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but after the patch, I can't get more than 60 FPS, 24 hours ago, I was getting 144 constant, now It's literally stuck at 60, won't go higher or lower. I have my thing set at 144, anyone else?

If I alt tab, it does something weird that it never did before, it puts the game as my background on the desktop, and if I alt tab again, it goes to my desktop, it's like league thinks I have it in the background, but I don't. Also, when I alt tab back into the game, it goes back to 144 FPS for about half a second, then goes straight back down to 60 and stays there.
