As red mercy explainns, Xerath has a bug on his q that he can hit every enemy champion top, mid or jungle globally. So xerath can stand in his base spamming Q hitting every enemy champion in the jungle, mid or top. Please riot address this befofe more ranked games are ruined by this bug
