Fix Morgana Q

It randomly goes straight through enemies. I had this happen in a game with Amumu where it always went straight through him. It happened at least 3 times on that Amumu, he didn't have Banshee's Veil or use an ability, also he wasn't airborne, nothing. He was standing, the Q landed, yet it went straight through him like he was a ghost. Apparently this is fairly common.

This is not my video, I used someone else's glitch footage. The last time it happened to me was less than a week ago.
