Veigar Event Horizon - Does not cast after death
If you cast Event Horizon and then die before .75 of a second, the wall does not come up, even though you can see the .75 second delay animation indicating the spell was successfully cast.

Yep, Riot Games (with only 1 game btw), Hates Veigar, thats it, they wouldn`t have fucked him up so badly or at last fixed him by now if they would care about the players.
