I flash ulted ( as Galio) immediately prior to bard ult landing on me, and it completely cancelled it. I mean, once his ult was over, I didn't resume mine, and the damage never went to anyone (obviously). I wouldn't think this was intended. If it is, my mistake. Please advise and update, anyone!

Vesarixx1 votesIf you can react to the bard ult you can just issue a move command and the ults will go off early enough to do the damage before the stasis, there's no reason it would need to be changed
LordGeovanni1 votesGalio is pretty reliant on his ult and is hard pressed to do anything with out it being melee. The change would only do damage up to the point when it is stopped rather than its full charged worth. Then again I dont play much Galio more than the average player but not a main.

Vesarixx1 votesIt's an oddly specific interaction that only helps you if you're not paying attention, a better buff would be to have the cooldown of his ultimate reduced if it was cancelled early.

Vesarixx1 votesZiggs Q had a pretty good example of one from a while back, where if he cast it with the cursor outside of the max range he would no longer walk into range to hit the cursor location but instead have the Q fire from Ziggs' current location and travel the maximum distance. I'm familiar with QoL changes, though what you're suggesting seems closer to the recent fiddlesticks change where he stops his idle animation after 5 seconds, it really doesn't impact the gameplay positively or negatively except in really specific situations, which limits its usefulness.

If it isn't, that is likely a bug.
Are you sure you aren't mistaking her W for her ultimate or that the Katarina you saw didn't get enough assists to fully refresh her ultimate during the time she was in stasis?

GaleWinUnleashed2 votesKatarina's ult does not resume. It is cancelled entirely, exactly like your scenario with Galio. It may be harder to see it happening to Katarina, because she usually goes right on flashing her blades (W) as soon as the stasis is over. Or maybe she got a couple of assists so she can ult again right after.
