This just in, 6 players on a League of Legends team. Hello darkness my old friend

As you can see it says that we have a sixth member on our team, that is level 0 and is represented by a black box, and my health bar on my hud is empty

That's not a 6th player, that's the box that displays when you die and are waiting to respawn, it's a graphical glitch, I've had this happen before as well.
