Ornn Searing Charge Bug

I came across this bug in a ranked match not too long ago. That didn't mess the match up, fortunately.

Started going for my red buff, cast W, cast Q, and auto'd until the pillar was ready. When I cast Searing Charge, not only did I not go in the direction of my cursor (aimed at the back where the pillar is, I went diagonal past it to the upper wall), but I went completely through the wall and E's shockwave occurred on the other side, missing Brambleback with the knockup.

Unfortunately, I have yet to figure out how exactly to replicate it, but I figured I could put it up here since I remember a previous post about this.
