Using a Rek'Sai tunnel disables all of her skills

In a Team Builder match I played as Eternum Rek'Sai on blue team in the jungle. After having just purchased my second dagger, with previously bought boots and Stalker's Blade, I passed through one of my tunnels which connected from the Wolf camp (against the wall where the wolf cave shows) to the bush across the wall near mid lane tower. Immediately after passing through said tunnel, in burrowed form, I became unable to use any of my skills, including flash and back. The only skill I was able to continue using was Smite. I was able to become unburrowed by running into a jungle camp forcing me to unburrow. I was still able to do simple things like auto attack, dance, joke, etc. But no skills besides smite.
