Cannot get into games!!!!!!!!!

Started 1 aram and as soon as champion select ends the game simply cant load, can't get into loading screen, and when I try to close and open League, it only says "skip waiting for stats"

Run the game as administrator. This happened to me but it works if you do that. (Right click icon on desktop and it'll say it)
