I posted a bug last time about this, and it has yet to be hotfixed or even acknowledged[Gameplay]

Thank you Riot, for ruining my experience once again. At least the first time I was Katarina and the enemy couldn't push hard, but this time, it completely ruined my game, having the enemy 2 levels ahead while I couldn't do a thing to come back, since all my abilities had to be within range of his. Anyways, on to the(2ND) bug report. I got into the game unable to use my ability hotkeys once again. The only way to fix this was to relog, which caused me to lose out a lot. This made the game miserable for 20 minutes because my other lanes were losing as well and I wasn't there for the first minute or so after the creeps spawned.
