Portrait opacity and greyed items visual bug.

In-game ui portraits seem to have a degree of opacity right now, looks really bad on some portraits especially the darker ones. It's a little hard to notice but allign the portrait against something bright like the Nexus and you'll see it.

Additionally a much worse (but more rare) visual bug is all the items in the UI appearing as if they are disabled(transparent dark grey) Boots will show the preditor icon even without the keystone equipped. So far I can produce this bug while playing Jhin using the Project: Jhin skin.

This only started happening after the most recent patch.

I will attach a screen shot shortly. Thanks for reading.

I have also seen this bug. The bug happens when you play Xerath as well (I was using the default Xerath skin). I believe this bug is related to using a spell that would change your camera's zoom, since I've only gotten the glitch on Xerath and Jhin.

EDIT: The bug also makes my inventory show a black box with a 1 at the bottom right, as if the black box were a control ward (you cannot interact with it, it's just there and kind of annoying). Buying an item and filling up that item slot does not make the 1 go away, it just keeps the 1 on the item's picture rather than a black box. I don't know what exactly causes this part of the bug, but I'm sure it's related to the more relevant bug.

I've encountered this on base Xerath skin and I have to agree with Overlord. The bug is likely related to Jhin and Xerath ults (not sure about which skins but don't think it's limited to only 2), and while not a gamebreaking bug it is pretty annoying, plus potentially confusing if you don't realise what's going on (i.e. numbers of charges remain on boxes even when the boxes are empty or have a standard non-consumable item). If you look at the start of Sneaky's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzDz6yWJn0E) you see an example of the bug, whilst this clip has another example of the almost transparent UI occurring through Xerath ult (https://clips.twitch.tv/BenevolentCovertMochaOptimizePrime).
