Interesting bug with the new client.

If the client crashes and or disconnects (when it disconnects and can't reconnect it forces the client to close). When you try to re-open the client, it says, "another instance of league client is running. Please close it and try again". When I Ctrl + Alt+ delete and open task manager there is no league open, according to task manager, for me to close.

Does anyone else have this problem? or is it just me?
