Keybindings resetting in-game

About a week ago I tried tower diving, but my 'Target Champions Only' binding had reset! I ended up not getting the kill and barely escaping after using half my combo on the tower!

I figured the patch must have reset my binding, so I set it again.

Today I started warming up in the practice tool. I noticed my 'Target Champions Only' binding had reset again! So I set it again, but after about 30 seconds, it would reset!

I'm not sure what is going on!

Please help!
