Prototype Viktor not available?

When I look on Viktors Skins I noticed, his Prototype is missing... for quite a while now.

Does Viktor not want us to see him in "his early" development circle? Thats why he hacked into the Servers and secretly deleting it?

Or did I missed something?

It's been removed from public purchase. It's a legacy skin. Or... whatever those skins are that only come back once or twice a year.

Seems awkward, doing that to one release skin, but not another. =p
