Karma PBE - And which Direction it should take

Hello, I am a dedicated Karma main (and Old Karma Player) and I want to share my thoughts on the announced PBE Changes for Karma:

Gathering Fire (Passive)

CD Refund on spell hit increased to 2/2.5/3/3.5 at levels 1/6/11/16 from 2 at all levels CD Refund on Basic Attack still at 50% of spell hit value

Focused Resolve (W)

Can now target monsters in addition to champions

Renewal (Mantra + W)

Reworked - both healing and bonus damage removed. Now debuffs target for duration of tether + root. All damage dealt to target is increased by 10% (excludes true damage) All damage dealt to target heals Karma for 20% of the damage dealth If the damage source is a champion on Karma's team (excluding Karma) they are also healed for 20% of damage dealth

Inspire (E)

Cooldown reduced to 10/9/8/7/6 from 10 seconds at all ranks
Mana Cost lowered to 60/65/70/75/80 from 60/70/80/90/100
Shield ammount lowered to 80/110/140/170/200 from 80/120/160/200/240

Defiance (Mantra + E)

No longer deals damage Now increases target's shield by 30/90/150/210 (+.3 AP) Aoe Shield amount is now 50% of primary target's shield amount from 30/70/110/150

In my Opinion, -Before: I can only judge by seeing what they are going to change but not how it would "feel" ingame. these changes are mostly bad. Yes her supporting will be emphasized but her top and midlaning will be hurted and also "Q Bot" would dominate even more since it is really the only "noticeable" Damage source left after removing the Damage on her Mantra E and W. While the Ideas themselves may be good or interesting I think it is not the Direction it should take. I had my own thoughts about Karma's Kit for quite a while now and I think -If Riot really want to buff her a little - they should look like this:

Passive [Gathering Fire]

Reduces Cooldown of Mantra for a Spell hit by 2 (+ Cdr%) and 1 (+Cdr%) for Auto Attacks. -->This would mean a 40% Cdr Karma would get 2.8/1.4 Seconds for each Hit. Also the benefit from this Passive is highly based on how well a Player is doing.

Q: Inner Fire

Unchanged

W: Focused Resolve

Magic Damage: 60/ 110/ 160/ 210/ 260 (+60% AP) ---> (+70% AP) Tangle Duration: 1.00/ 1.25/ 1.50/ 1.75/ 2.00 --> 1.05/ 1.35/ 1.65/ 1.95/ 2.25

OR (and this would be more drastically but also would make it way more interesting and... would please old Karma Players alot)

Bounds Karma to an Enemy or Ally for 2 Seconds. Enemy: Suffers 60/ 110/ 160/ 210/ 260 (+70% AP) Damage over 2 Seconds and are Rooted for 1.00/ 1.25/ 1.50/ 1.75/ 2.00 Seconds if they are still bounded to Karma after these 2 Seconds. Ally: Karma and the Ally will be healed for 20% (+1% AP) of their missing Health over 2 Seconds. In Addition, both receives 20% (+1% AP) of the Shield, Heals and Movementspeeds the other one gains. Touching: Enemys will suffer 50% of the Damage will be rooted for 0,65 Seconds.

Mantrad:

Enemys: +75/ 150/ 225/ 300 (+60%) Magic Damage over time (half for touching Enemys) and increses the Root Duration by 0,25 for the primary root and by 0,13 for the touching root. Ally: Increases the sharing Effekt to 25% (+1,25 AP) and the Heal to 25% (+1,25% AP)

E: Inspire

Shield: 80/ 120/ 160/ 200/ 240 (+50% AP) + 10% of the missing Health of the Target. Duration: 4 ---> 5 Seconds

Mantrad:

The Primary Target receives also the AOE-Shield as a Bonus (+30 / 70 / 110 / 150 (+30% AP)).

[R] Mantra

Cooldown: 45/ 42/ 29/ 26 ---> 48/ 45/ 42/ 39

Explanation of my Changes:

I just shifted the "Power" a bit to the Passive so that Mantra becomes a little more "skillbased". The Numbers itself does not change so much exept you are playing really well, which would result in a slight decrease of Mantras Cooldown.

The W is more powerfull or (what i highly prefer) is: W is "reworked" and offers more interesting Gameplay now. Thought here: Maybe the "touching" Parts should only occur while Mantrad?

E - A little Scale off of missing Health is just little neat to have a little feeling of "her Old" Passive without having all that Trouble. The Increased Single Target Shield should help Sololaning Karma since her Heal is "removed".

So these would be changes I would consider for Karma instead of those which should hit PBE soon. What do you think about the incoming PBE changes? And about those I suggested?

I read those PBE changes and quite literally yelled "FUCK YES" next to my slightly open window, and now my neighbors are giving me weird looks.

The ones by Riot that are on the PBE, I mean.
