Possible invisibility bug with new assassins?

Not sure if intended, but champions like & can go invisible during a root or snare and it's honestly upsetting. As far as I remember you couldn't use such skills before during a root or snare. Sure, you can still use abilities to hit them, but it renders auto-attacks useless in what could be a crucial moment to punish these slippery assassins. I'm looking at counterplay perspective and there doesn't seem to be much you can do. The 1st example was when a stepped on Flame Chompers only to go invisible leaving her wondering what to do to punish the other player for stepping on them. Possibly land a Zap to reveal the invisible target? Not sure. Other issue was when a landed her Light Binding only to have a use Deceive while rooted.

Has anyone else had any similar issues or experienced these happening? I appreciate the feedback. Thanks. ^^
