Removed from a game and can't get back in

I was just in a game today 3/0/1 as Vi it was a bout 10 minutes in, suddenly I get "attempting to reconnect" and everything stops. I check my internet and it's still up (sometimes I have internet crashes). I exit League and relog but it takes me back to the client with no option to reconnect... like the game is over. I can start a new lobby. But I check my match history and it's not there, doesn't even show as a Leave or Loss Prevented or anything.
