Does anyone else have a glitch where Camille's icon doesn't appear in the lobby?

I'll be in lobby and someone will ban Camille but it shows an empty ban. Which isn't too bad because I can normally tell when someone bans a nothing but when my teammate wants to play Camille and I accidentally ban her because my teammate shows on my screen that they haven't intended any champion and then they say "I'm troll now" well fuck me I guess (real game).
