Some annoying insects

Ever since patch 8.14 came out I've had a couple issues in game.

Issue 1: I load into game late. I would be stuck on the loading screen and suddenly the settings menu would pop up over the champion splashes. Because of this, I load into game at around 0:25

Issue 2: Clicking on the shop doesn't open the shop menu. I have to press P to buy items, which is fine because that's how I normally do it but it's still annoying.

Patch 8.14 has been a good patch tho, but every time a patch gets released there seem to be a number of small non balance related problems that pop up.
