stop making it where my ult goes off but they flashed away and they take 0 damage and it goes on full cdr....this is a stupid glitch that needs to be fixed....

It's not a glitch. They switched it a long time ago to just deal damage to everyone inside his ult when he lands. So it's an AoE that requires a target, but still only goes where they were. Similar to Galio ult. It doesn't track people who Flash or Dash.
