Name change glitch - Glaring Evidence that shows Riot doesn't care about/listen to their customers

I ran into the issue on Wednesday of not being able to change my name due to an IP glitch in the client. I waited until Thursday night to see if it was fixed and when I saw it was not, I contacted Riot support.

In my email, I asked them to either fix the glitch or just change my name and remove 13.9k from my account.

Here's the response.

It is now Saturday morning and the first complaint I see on the forums was posted about 5-6 days ago. Are you kidding me? I've already seen multiple people post on the forums in the past week about this and the posts have barely any downvotes/upvotes and no Riot replies. How about you guys actually look into this? If this game is that pathetic to the point where I can't even change my name, then I'm out.

In the 5 hours this has been posted, I got 0 replies, a -2 in upvote/downvote differential, and 0 Riot replies. I'm done with this community and game. You guys are so stupid. How many of you made it past 3rd grade?

If Riot don't fix this before Sunday evening, I'll intentionally feed and troll on all my accounts until they all get banned. And if you try to ban by IP, you will ban multiple accounts that belong to my friends as well as my brothers'. And I could care less if that happened because that would just mean they would flood you with more complaints. I've spent a total of $40 on my 5 accounts. Not a big loss, especially consider this community is so STUPID.

Downvote me more scrubs.

Sorry guys, but I have sent 2 tickets politely asking them to either A) fix or look into the bug, or B) just change my name and remove 13.9k from the balance.

Both times I had to wait 21-25 hours for a reply, both times I got a bot reply, and the second reply didn't even make any sense because it was about Billing Issues (there isn't even any RP involved here).

Riot definitely has the ability to change our names. They should really start doing this until they can patch the bug.
