Poppy flash e bug

So i flash e'd and ahri who was inside of melee range of a wall, while EXACTLY perpendicular to the wall (like literally the e direction hit on a 90 degree angle), but for some reason she did not get stunned. I believe she may have pressed ult (cast it but not actually dashed yet) at the same time and it somehow cancelled both dashes (even though i don't believe it should?). After the e (which did dmg her) she stood exactly right next to the wall still, so it seems like a stun should have been there.
