Hecarim's E hits towers 50% of the time
Hecarim sometimes can hit a tower with his E, but most times cannot. I was using the new Elderwood skin when testing this, and don't have time to check whether or not it's skin related or champion related.

Just played a game with the skin, every time i tried to hit a tower with my E it didn't work, going to play another with Arcade and see if it's just the skin.
