Pyke: R Bugs: Your Cut and Reset on Execute.

Hi Riot. I've found 2 major bugs with Pyke's R.

1. Sometimes, Pyke's R gives HIM a "Your Cut" item in his inventory, if he has a slot open. I'm guessing this happens if an ally does not have an inventory slot.

2. I have no explanation for it, but I'm finding sometimes where I clearly execute a target with Pyke's R, it doesn't reset. It usually happens in a team fight, and often when I get stunned shortly after the execute hit. I was expecting to have my R for a followup assault, and end up dying, because my skill didn't reset. The reason I know I killed with R was because it was the only skill I used. My E and Q were already down, and it wasn't an autoattack. It was clear as day R's.
