Is anyone else's game not registering incoming data?

For the past two games, my game has not been able to relay incoming information back to me in real time. It looks as if everyone on the enemy team is lagging (THIS IS NOT LAG MODERATORS, DO NOT DELETE THIS THREAD, THIS IS AN IN GAME ISSUE, NOT CONNECTION PROBLEMS) but I am able to move freely. This isn't actually the case, only the appearance of it. It's like packet loss (THIS IS NOT LAG MODERATORS, DO NOT DELETE THIS THREAD, THIS IS AN IN GAME ISSUE, NOT CONNECTION PROBLEMS) but I am still able to have complete control over my character. I however, cannot accurately see range indicators over time (I was playing as Varus), and the game does not register my opponent's deaths. In the last game I played, I was registered as dead for 10 seconds after I actually respawned, but it isn't lag (THIS IS NOT LAG MODERATORS, DO NOT DELETE THIS THREAD, THIS IS AN IN GAME ISSUE, NOT CONNECTION PROBLEMS) because I was not disconnecting, and was able to communicate in chat in real time.

Is anyone else having these issues?

This sounds like packet loss to me. I don't really know how to help (packet loss has increased significantly for me in the past two months,) but I can help you figure out if it IS packet loss.

Go to www.logsoflag.com. Simply drag and drop a network log into your browser while on this site (the instructions for how to get there are on the homepage.) The site will create a graph for you, detailing the amount of lost packets and when they occurred, as well as any fluctuations in ping.

If it's not packet loss, well then it's something else. :) I would try repairing/reinstalling the game as a first step in that case. But you can rule packet loss out with this website.
