Ghost lock bug

So I was in a promo game where someone banned y champion and I put disco nunu as a joke. I want gong to pick disco nunu but then right as I was going to pick something else,it ghost locked nunu. I didn't even hear the sound that said it's my turn to pick. I didn't even click it. It just randomly locked nunu so I had to dodge and lose one of my 5 games. Plz fix
