Currently, there's a bug affecting Quinn that will cause her quiver to flip around in an odd way whenever she performs the /laugh emote.

This has been around for ages and needs fixing, it's especially bad with Woad-Scout Quinn because it flips through her entire body and sticks out of her neck.
