league feels bloated and has issues

among things such as: multiple instances of lolpatcherux.exe running for no apparent reason client doesn't connect to maestro or w/e in the middle of champ select, causing me to wait for 10-15 minutes because reasons major slowdowns/freezes in client, in champ select, to the point of causing above situations major delayed movement ingame, ping says i have 100 ping but i have delayed actions from my champion as though i have 500 ms ping or worse lolpatcher.exe running while I'm in game, which makes 0 sense, and I suspect may be causing the delayed actions stated above lollauncher.exe still running even after going through the launcher and logging in league feels even more bloated than before, and i fear it may be sapping my flimsy internet unnecessarily, what gives?

I can't account for some of that, but for one: try re installing. I know that's the answer that's usually given, but hey if it works it works right?

Secondly: keep an eye on your upload capacity on your ISP. Services like Ookla speedtest can help your there. I've run into several issues with my ISP before and if your upload capacity is crap then you start having majorly delayed commands, but everything around you is still running smoothly.

Third: if none of that helps you can at least identify most of your issues (if it has anything to so with your connection) by running netalyzer. If you're still having trouble you can also link Riot support the netalyzer results to help them out in a support request.
