MF ult blocked by champions and/or towers

I was playing an ARAM with Miss Fortune and noticed that whenever I ulted, a champion or tower (couldn't tell which because they were right next to each other both times) was completely blocking the volley of bullets. I am pretty sure that her ultimate is supposed to pass through everything with the exception of spell shields and spell walls. Can anyone else confirm this bug?
