Zhonya + End game = vulnerable

If you zhonya right before a nexus is destroyed and the active is over before the victory/defeat text shows up, the character that activated zhonya will become vulnerable. So if an ongoing dmg is still going on, the character will die even if the nexus was destroyed. For example, lets karthus ulted and kat zhonya right before the nexus was destoryed, when zhonya runs out before karthus ult finishes channeling Kat will die IN THE END GAME SCREEN. It encountered this bug twice.
