I COULDNT SCROLL DOWN!!

all of a sudden a minute into the game it wouldnt let me scroll down, i lost so much cs and a double kill because of it, 15 minutes in i just restarted it and and then took a look and it changed all my video settings... like wtf i got demoted because of this loss wtf riot thanks
