I gained Blood Moon Sivir and chromas (Solved)

I got a notification that I had a new item in my collection tab and it was Blood Moon Sivir. I did not buy this skin. I also have 2 chromas (I believe they're ruby and obsidian) that I can't select in champion select.

This just appeared after my last game where I leveled up to level 117. I'm not sure what caused this, but this purchase doesn't appear in my purchase history.

EDIT: It was a gift but the message never appeared. Not sure why it says I have 2 chromas unlocked though.

Loaded into a custom just fine and it is indeed working but I have no idea how this happened.
