Unintentional Veigar bugs

The first one is a pretty common one where his cage stops forming when he dies after the cast time.

The second one is really hard to see, but he tries to ult and immediately the cast is interrupted yet he still says the voice lines and does the animation for it. There is a similar bug to this that is somewhat rarer where the ult will actually launch then disappear mid air and it will still come off CD.

I don't think any of these bugs were supposed to be intentional as they seem to use mana even when the cast screws up.
