Unintentional Veigar bugs

The first one is a pretty common one where his cage stops forming when he dies after the cast time.

The second one is really hard to see, but he tries to ult and immediately the cast is interrupted yet he still says the voice lines and does the animation for it. There is a similar bug to this that is somewhat rarer where the ult will actually launch then disappear mid air and it will still come off CD.

I don't think any of these bugs were supposed to be intentional as they seem to use mana even when the cast screws up.

The first issue has been there since Veigar 's rework, so I believe that one is intentional. The second one I can't see. Anyone else see it?

You really have to watch his hand and listen for his laugh line. It's there but its very hard to tell and you can kind of tell because I go forward stop and then try to retreat and the ult doesn't launch.

The hand growing is the biggest indicator that the ult tried to go off and failed. It sounds like it is the "RUN!" voice line for his ult.

Probably should of slowed the second clip down so it is easier to see. Just drop it down to .25 speed and its much easier to see.
