[Mouse Lag]

I have a dynex logitech mouse that connects to my computer via cable. recently there seems to be lag (the mouse sticks places where it shouldn't, and if I got off scren lag sometimes it winds up scrolling to the opp end of the screen.) I wouldn't even report this, assuming it to be a hardware issue, but i just moved my mouse a bout a lot and it turns out that there is only a delay in league (an annoying delay that deleteriously affects playing)

if you know what's going on, thank you. My FPS seems OK, otherwise, but I don't know what is happening here. If anyone else is having mouse problems (that don't happen outside of league) it'd be nice to know.
