Just Died With GA, Item Was Not On Cooldown
Looking at replay, can confirm there is something wrong, after I died and revived once, the item was just permanently on cooldown forever (in replay).
-> Still analyzing replay to see if I'm missing something.
Looks like visual bug on the item?
Showing off cooldown, but the time left in the game after I died wasn't enough for it to have been off cooldown again.
(@Riot, if you check the logs you can see that I ping the item to my team. Don't know If that's enough proof, wasn't recording my client to post a video
