level 7 mastery token not rewarded

I got an s and no champion mastery token was rewarded the quests I had though were completed but it did not say I earned a lvl 7 token.

Were you in URF, Aram, or norms/ranked?

just happened to me, on MF.

I got the chest for an S- and no token.
