Relic Sheild doesn't execute minions.

Last game I played as Braum I couldn't execute minions at only 100 health. Obviously when you're trying to heal your carry this is very bad. I was wondering if anyone else has had these issues.

you can execute as Braum

just not as Thresh

are you sure you had charges?
