Cammile can still use hook shot while snared.
Snared her as varus and she used her E onto a wall and flew.

Oh, just like Jarvan can EQ. Just like Ekko can use 2nd E proc. Any self displacement spell is usable in a snared animation. It's just mobility spells that can't be used. There's very few casts members that can do this. It's not a bug~
was it an animation timing thing where she was casting as you were casting it?
she can cast it, she'll just be bound to the wall
