New form of disconnecting...

Back when I first started league of legends whenever you DCed it would say "Disconnected attempting to reconnect" and you wouldn't be able to do anything.

For the past year or more whenever I "DC" I can still see the chat and send messages through it, and I can also see champions moving around the map. The problem is all of the minions become frozen and are unable to die and I can not see or cast abilities.

I honestly do not understand whats happening. After I leave the game and reconnect its like the game is stuck trying to catch up with all of the shit thats happening and I am unable to play the rest of the game out because of it.

TL:DR When I dc in 2018 its only like I half DC I am still able to chat and witness champions moving around the map but am unable to do anything else.
