Elixir of Skill causes level up arrows to stay after 17 if you can't level up a skill.

Using Kleptomancy, I've gotten the Elixir of Skill and used it to gain a skill point. Upon level up to 18, the arrows for selecting your skills appear, but grayed out, and stay there for the rest of the game, being a general irritation for dislocating all the buffs and debudf above the skill bars. Can this be fixed so it no longer appears if you consume the Elixir?
