[Client][Store] Sort By IP not working correctly

I went to buy the Oblivion Icon while it's available for IP, and used the Sort By: Price (IP) options for both ascending and descending IP costs. It didn't place the icon at the top or bottom of the list for either option, even though it's the only icon currently available for IP. Just a minor inconvenience, but having that work right would be nice.
