Newest merch wastes the art IMO

I know SG is one of the fan favorite alt-lore skin lines, but the actual design is a bit of a head-scratcher. Extended mousepads like that are intended to be keyboard surfaces also. The vast majority of players use right-handed mice, even if they're left-handed. This means that the majority of character art is likely to be covered by a keyboard. What's the point of a large art print if most of what the player will see is the cloudy periphery? Even players with small form factor keyboards (and those are tiny) are likely to cover enough of the art to block the sun, because nobody keeps a keyboard at the very border of usable space.

This probably would've been better as a wall poster. It loses too much of the aesthetic as a functional full pad.
