Post-Game 'Still in Progress'

If you click on continue as it appears at the end of the game, it will sometimes pop up with a 'Still in Progress' (as if you had left or dc/d mid-game), not always, but sometimes, the option to 'reconnect' will also appear, after which it will then pull up a black screen (attempting to load the game), realize it was over, and send you to the post game lobby.

This specific variation of the Bug is different though, as there is no option to 'reconnect' (which would then lead to a process that makes the client realize that the game is in fact, over, and send you to the post-game lobby), I waited for awhile (1 minute; I'm running a top line computer, it definitely isn't hardware related in terms of raw processing power, gpu, etc.), then task manager closed the Client.

I did receive credit, it was a ranked match, but it did not give me the post-game lobby, and did not allow me (on its own) to return to the rest of the game without restarting League of Legends.

Anyone else having this issue?
