"Ready" button bug

​Summoner is waiting in queue for a game, a game pops up, summoner clicks the "Ready" button, button then shows that summoner is ready, then summoner gets kick from queue for not clicking ready. This bug has happend the past 2 patches, on the legacy client and the new client. I have 6 friends that have told me they had this exact bug happen to them, so this is a widespread bug in the queues. Sooner the better you fix this bug, because im tired of having to wait 5 minutes to get back in queue when i clicked the "Ready" button, but the client is broken and cant comprehend how making a game works anymore. Maybe atleast disable punishment for players who don't click the "Ready" button, because chances are 4 out of 10 players actually clicked the "Ready" button but they get punished for something wrong with the coding, not the player being afk and not actually clicking the Ready button, or even better would be just fix the bug!
