Baron Buff/ Baron Minions causing FPS problems

This has been a pretty ongoing thing, but I wanted to make sure it was actually the problem I thought it was before I reported it. Having Baron Buff causes frames to drop significantly, and being near a Baron empowered minion wave is worse. I don't know how or why this problem started, but it really ruins how the game feels once we get it for the final push, and sometimes even costs me my life when having to try to win the last teamfight at 15-20 FPS
